Chef Zach

As a chef I strive to study cuisine from all around the world. I focus on flavors from the Hudson Valley such as maple, pine, honey, smoke, distillery, orchard flavors and more and blend them with dishes from all my travels. This includes influences from my time spent owning a restaurant in Cusco Peru. I can focus on a traditional farm to table Hudson Valley menu or travel to different regions of the world. I look forward to giving you a culinary experience to enhance your occasion.

Chef Charisse

Hi, I’m Charisse Ledres, a Filipina second-generation immigrant and founder of Lamisa Events. I’m a private chef based in Upstate New York, open to creating meaningful, intimate, and memorable dining experiences. In my 9 years of experience in the industry, I have worked with big catering companies, small businesses as well as private estates. I have discovered through my practice that food is a medium used for storytelling and creating exciting experiences. Currently I am working on doing research about indigenous dishes and endemic and artisanal ingredients based on my hometown, Cebu City, Philippines.

Chef David

In a panoply of venues from fine dining to food trucks, backyard barbecues to corporate catering, wedding celebrations, graduations, and small intimate dinners, I’ve cooked with a veteran’s mastery of the craft and a playful artistic flair. I cook in a rustic, flavor forward style. I believe in cooking seasonally and sourcing locally. My cooking honors my training and respects the ingredients. I don’t rely on the trend du jour. I enjoy creating thoughtful new dishes, inspired by a particular
cuisine, a season, an occasion, or a person. I’ve catered themed vegan feasts, clam bakes, farm to table dinners, college bi-centennials and rock and roll music awards. I take special pleasure in working with the client to develop menus based on their special culinary fancies and fantasies. I’d love to make my next menu yours!
