Historical Sites & Museums

The Catskills are full of rich history and they have the sites to prove it. We highly recommend taking a walk (or drive) over the historic Rip Van Winkle Bridge to take in the beautiful views of the Hudson River and the surrounding area. On either end of the bridge is the famous Thomas Cole and Olana Historic Sites, both known for their role at the Hudson River School. Both sites are worth a visit!

Local Restaurants & Cafes

07

There are a lot of local spots -- both new and old -- to try out if you're not looking to cook at our place (although that's an option too!). Start with this list to get you going! But don't skimp on the breakfast sandwiches at the Freehold Country Store down the street from our property!
